How far ahead should I book?
At least 24 hours is ideal. In busy seasons (Christmas, summer, Lunar New Year) a few days ahead is safer. Last-minute? Message us anyway, and if a vehicle is free we'll set it up right away.
What if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number when you book. We watch it live and meet you at the actual arrival time, so there's nothing to update after landing.
Is there room for luggage, a stroller or a pet?
The minivan takes four to five large suitcases plus a stroller. Pets are welcome, just mention them when you book so we can prepare.
How many people fit in one vehicle?
Six to seven passengers depending on luggage. Larger groups get a second vehicle leaving at the same time.
How is the price calculated?
By distance, time and headcount. Message us the details on WhatsApp and you'll get a fixed quote right away, with the payment method agreed before the ride. No hidden fees.
Do you have child seats?
Yes. Tell us your child's age when you book and we'll arrange the right seat.
